These terms are a public stub. They are not the written customer agreement for FlexFleet software, and they are not legal advice.

FlexFleet is offered by FlexFleet LLC, a Wyoming member-managed limited liability company. Its sole member is FlexFleet Inc., a Delaware corporation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. The exclusive venue is the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

FlexFleet software is licensed to transit programs under a separate written customer agreement. That agreement covers the subscription, service levels, and acceptable use. Riders and drivers use branded apps under their transit program's rules and the applicable app store terms.
